Through 6 modules, you will go through all the specific elements to create your personalized, detailed and life changing, whole-life cleanse and detox plan.

Module 1. Whole Body Cleanse
  • Module 1 will go through designing a whole body cleanse that includes foods and meals which will clean, flush and repair clogged and overly taxed systems that are essential for high energy, detoxification and healthy weight loss.
Module 2. Self-Care Calming and Detoxifying Practices
  • Module 2 will incorporate specific and important calming, renewing and soothing self care practices that will boost a healthy nervous system, stress response system and detoxification system and be a delight to engage in.
Module 3. Inventory and Shift Away from the Toxic Inputs
  • Module 3 will lead you through a complete inventory of your personal care products, cleaning products, indoor air and water sources so you can be equipped to make smart and balanced decisions on where you need to clean up most.
Module 4. Smooth, Healthy, Functioning Kitchen and Pantry
  • Module 4 will provide strategies and guidance on setting up your kitchen and pantry to support your cleanse and greater goals of healthy eating. When we are constantly surrounded by healthy, delicious, easy-to-grab foods, it becomes a delight to nourish our body well.
Module 5. Whole Home Function, Flow and Cleanse Plan
  • Module 5 will lead you through a whole house preparation to identify your top hot spots within your home that are contributing to a cluttered and chaotic daily experience and mind. When these areas of your home are cleaned, organized and clutter free, you’ll gain the synergy of having your outer world energetically supporting your inner goals.
Module 6. Putting it Together
