I always assumed that I’d have the energy, vitality, emotional resiliency and excitement to take on challenges when I became a mom.  Then I became a mom and I was brought to my knees by my actual experience.

Motherhood brought me amazing “highs” I could never have imagined, but with the highs also came the “lows” and the flats, too.  The exhaustion, the drain, the depletion.  Managing the boredom and feeling I was losing my way.  Navigating the emotional intensities and mood swings.

Re-establishing my vitality and well-being became a priority in keeping myself healthy and it is a cornerstone in all of my programs and offerings.
