What is the Vibrant Living Strategies Guided Workshop about?
When life begins to feel stale, scattered, out of focus or confusing, a course correction is often the thing that is needed. Instead of trudging along in the same direction, it’s wise to take a pause from time to time.
And in motherhood, it can often be long stretches between when we reserve some time to look around us and ask whether we are still on the trajectory of how we most desire our life to be.
It’s important to step back to consult the map, get familiar with the new terrain, re-calibrate your inner compass and get clear on the direction you are heading.
The Vibrant Living Strategies for Moms is a guided workshop that does exactly that. This guided, 12-day online course will guide you to reflect inward to help you navigate the terrain of your life on your own terms as well as support you with tools to manage your own self growth while still maintaining and raising a family.
What are the workshop themes?
Blueprint of the Journey
1. Tuning the Inner Compass
Theme 1 is about assessing your life as it is now ~ getting familiar with the terrain that is under your feet as well as in your heart. Learning to distinguish between the true and the “story.”
2. Adjusting the Sails
Theme 2 focuses on how to most accurately respond to your life’s messages, particularly when you feel off track and disconnected. You’ll become more skilled at recognizing your inner voice amidst the noise around you and practice how life feels when you are experiencing flow and harmony.
3. Preserving the Ship
Theme 3 explores restorative self care practices that keep your well filled. Specifically, you’ll get clear on how to care for yourself in a lifestyle that focuses so extensively on the needs of others.
4. Refueling Along the Way
Theme 4 equips you with specific tools to establish deep anchors and strong roots, especially when the waters begin to get rough and stormy. You’ll practice putting specific strategies in place that honor your own core needs and building a cadre of protective factors in your life that support your highest well being.
When and Where?
The 2013 group run will begin May 6, 2013. Each day you will receive an email with links to that day’s module. The Guided Workshop lasts 12 consecutive days and you will have lifetime access to the materials.
If you sign up after May 6th, your guided emails will begin the day after you sign up.
You’ll be invited to a closed Facebook group for the opportunity to connect with an amazing community of other women and mothers who will be working through this journey with you.
All the material is downloadable for you to store on your computer and return to at your own pace.

This workshop is for:

This workshop is not a career strategy session, nor a business building class, nor a nutritional guidance course.
This workshop is about establishing rich fertile soil of awareness around who you are and how to best protect and care for your own life energy while caring for so many others as a mother and woman in the modern world.
It will ask you to explore your own life’s terrain, guide you to learn from your own life’s messages, experiment with specific tools and strategies that will preserve and protect your inner being and spirit, create space and clarity in your life to know the direction you want your life to move into and design clear realistic first steps in that direction.
How does it work?
The course runs for 12 consecutive days.
You will receive an email with links to the downloadable LifeWork materials each day.
Each module will have a PDF action workbook to download. These are short, sweet and illuminating. Generally between 2-4 pages, they focus on a specific topic within a theme and consist of specific exploration questions and reflection topics to help you illuminate your own truth around how these concepts relate to your life.
To get the most out of this experience, commit to setting aside some quiet time each day to reflect and journal on that day’s module. This is self-paced so you don’t have to complete all 12 modules within the first 12 days – as with all my courses, you will have lifetime access so the workshop can fit into your life at the right time (and you can participate again & again at no additional cost!)
You’ll also be invited to a private Facebook group where we can explore these issues in the context of a loving, supportive and like-minded community of women seeking to gain clarity and directives in their own life’s journey as well.
