Below you’ll find a number of useful links regarding your account with us.  You are always welcome to contact us if you have questions or concerns, but you may get your question answered immediately by skimming through the following topics.

 

Passwords & Payment Information

If you’d like to reset your password or update any of your credit card payment information, please click here for the Membership Center.  Your password can be changed under the Account Info tab.

A note about changing your password: You may need to clear your internet cache’s history before your computer will recognize your new password. Sometimes your internet browser “remembers” the error page you received even if you now have the correct login information, so it is always good practice to clear your internet browser’s history before you try to re-login.

 

I Can’t Login to my Account

If you haven’t cleared your internet cache (see above), try that first.  Double-check your records, also — have you recently updated your username or password?  {Your username should be the email address with which you registered at WellGrounded Life.}  If you aren’t sure of your password, click the “forgot password” link and follow the prompts.  Still getting the restricted access message?  We’ll get to the bottom of it! Just send an email to wellgroundedlife (at) gmail (dot) com.

 

I Seem to be Missing Emails …

If you suspect that you’re not getting emails from us, check your Spam/Junk folder … sometimes our messages get flagged as spam because they’re coming from an unfamiliar address.  Be sure to add wellgroundedlife (at) gmail (dot) com to your Contacts list so you don’t miss any information.  If you still suspect something is askew, contact us!

 

How Do I Get a Refund?

Please contact Bren at wellgroundedlife (at) gmail (dot) com if you would like to request a refund.  We would also welcome your feedback so we can continue to improve our offerings.
