Share the Love Giveaway!

February 22, 2012 · 88 comments

For a long time now, I’ve been wanting to do something to show how much I appreciate YOU as part of this WellGrounded Life community … It’s hard to put into words how much it means to me to have this haven of women, each of us striving to live into our most healthy and vibrant selves while supporting each other along the way.  It is such a gift.

So this month, I wanted to Share the Love and bless you with some fabulous giveaways that will support you on your way to healthy, vibrant living!  Each Wednesday during February, I’ll be giving away a product(s) from one of my trusted colleagues or from a trusted company.  The details for how to enter are below … {Be sure to sign up for The Ripple, my weekly newsletter, so you can get all the info on the coming giveaways as well.  Sign up in the box to the right!}

Wednesday, Feb 22 Giveaway

Plan to Eat + Happy Mom, Healthy Family Meal Planning Workshop & eCookbook

You know the scenario … You’re standing in front of the open fridge trying to figure out what to make for supper while your kids’ blood sugar levels are plummeting. You pull out your cookbooks & start flipping through the pages for inspiration and somehow 30 mins have passed. Things are really deteriorating now so you find a quick fix (order in? frozen pizza?) and vow that next week, you’ll plan your meals.  There’s an easy way to change this — honestly!

Plan to Eat was founded by husband-wife team, Clint and Lisa, who understand the above scenario and wanted to find a way to make it easier for families to plan healthy meals.  Lisa had the idea, Clint had the programming skills and Plan to Eat was born!

Simple Meal Planning - Plan to Eat

Plan to Eat is a truly brilliant program.  You can load all your recipes (or “pin” them from online sites), plan meals for weeks or months at a time, generate shopping lists from your meal plans and share your recipes with friends.  As if that isn’t cool enough, the program is compatible with your portable devices, too!

We’re in the midst of putting together a wonderful partnership with Plan to Eat for our WellGrounded Woman membership site to make meal planning super easy. {More info coming next month!}  In the meantime, Plan to Eat is giving away (2) year-long memberships (valued at $39/year each).

That’s not all!  Winners will also receive my Happy Mom, Healthy Family Meal Planning Workshop & eCookbook (valued at $49).  It is part of the library in the WellGrounded Woman membership site and Designed for Wellness course and the workshop is already getting rave reviews!

With the Meal Planning Workshop, eCookbook and Plan to Eat at your disposal, you can say good-bye to that frazzled scenario and hello to sane, healthy eating!

Giveaway Closed!

Sign up for 30-day free trial membership at Plan to Eat here.

Like both WellGrounded Life and Plan to Eat on Facebook.

I’ll randomly choose the winners on Tuesday, February 28 at Noon (EST) from the comments below.

So don’t delay!  Share the Love (easy sharing buttons below!) and let the women in your life know about this great giveaway and about the community we’re creating at WellGrounded Life

The stronger our collective grows, the stronger each of us grows.  {You know I’m all about conspiracy groups!} wink

With a heart that overflows,
Lisa

Here’s a recipe for Spinach Goat Cheese Quiche (I think it’s pretty healthy). I use skim milk for the cream and milk and I use store bought pie crusts; although, I’m going to try it with a whole wheat crust. My kids love it! http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/spinach-and-goat-cheese-quiche
