Lisa, thank you so much for sharing your ideas and suggestions with my friends at Home Sanctuary! Everyone has loved them. Can’t wait to try them out!!
Lisa–popped over from Home Sanctuary and am glad to have found your site. I am trying (slowly) to get a grip on my (and my family’s) diet. I have a 9 and 14 year old and work outside the home. My hubby is under a lot of stress. I want to help us all be as healthy as possible, but time and money are at a minimum. I look forward to reading more from you to add to my small knowledge bank of healthy lifestyle.
Hi Dawn,
Thanks for coming over! I really commend you for moving in the direction of getting your family’s health back on track. If you are moving slowly–don’t be discouraged!– slow and steady will keep the healthy changes you make stick as you really make them a part of your home routine.
I know most people like to do everything at once, but burnout is no fun– sustainable change that gives you real results is just so much better
Thanks for sticking around– I hope you find some things here that are helpful!!
