March is going to be a very fun month around here.

Spring!  It’s a time of rejuvenation, of watching life burst out on the scene in nature, rebirth, milder weather, longer days, liberation from hibernation, getting reconnected with the natural world.   I have found that the very best way for me to fully embrace this transition of seasons is to take time to prepare for it.

So I’ll be writing a month-long “Getting Ready for Spring” series of posts that will help us lighten our load from a long Winter season and prepare to usher in a healthy, energizing Spring cleansing in April.

To prepare us for a healthy, successful Spring Cleansing

the Getting Ready for Spring series will explore topics like

  • Clearing out the Cupboards:  Getting your kitchen in order for a Spring Cleaning

  • Making way for Spring Foods:  Highlighting the foods you will be wanting to take center stage in your diet this season

  • Detoxifying the Products We Use:  Taking a closer look at our cleaning and personal care products

  • Recalibrating Our Senses:  Observing our reactions to the world around us and learning how to protect our senses from abrasiveness

  • Where’s the Leak?:  Assessing the things that drain us, and learning what our energy drains tell us about our unmet needs

  • Inner Circle:  Cultivating and taking stock of the key relationships in our life

**plus**

There will be giveaways (one THIS Saturday, March 7)

and

I’ll be hosting a FREE teleclass on Beating the Sugar Blues March 14

I’m so excited to share all that’s planned for this month.  Be sure to subscribe to The WellGrounded Life so you don’t miss a thing.  Oh, and if you tweet, follow me on Twitter.

Ha!Ha! When you mentioned MARCH and SPRING in the same sentence, I looked outside my window (the snow is piled high) and had to laugh. But you better believe I am looking forward to spring arriving in these parts. I look forward to your posts :)

Kika! Yes, My world is blanketed with snow too! Even though it doesn’t LOOK like Spring, there is just something about March that sings out Spring to me :)
